If you like the idea of getting a regular visit from one of our engineers then a support contract is probably what you need.
Our contracts start from just one day a month which you can have in one go, or alternatively, have 2 * half days, and see an engineer every fortnight.

In addition to the regular visit, included in the contract is telephone support; remote access support and priority onsite visits.
